PART-TIME OPERATIONS CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The South Bend Airport is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Part-Time Operations Center Customer Service Representative. This position provides a customer service function for all airport divisions including monitoring airport security systems; disseminating information to the public, employees and airline personnel; and dispatching Safety Officers as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6-12 months customer service experience requiring public contact. Candidates must also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and be able to use multi-line telephone systems and general office equipment. The position is regularly scheduled for 24 hours per week, with additional hours required on occasion, and will involve shift work, weekends and holidays. The starting pay rate is $10.00 per hour. The ability to pass criminal history and up to 10-year employment and background checks is required.
